Privacy Policy

Who we are

Our website address is: https://rightmarketer.blog.

Comments

When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the comment form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser information. This helps us detect spam.

If you use Gravatar, an anonymized version of your email (a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you have a profile. You can read the Gravatar privacy policy here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture will be visible with your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the site, avoid including location data (EXIF GPS). Other visitors could download and extract that data from your images.

Cookies

  • If you leave a comment, you can choose to save your name, email, and website in cookies so you don’t have to re-enter them next time. These last for one year.

  • If you visit our login page, we’ll set a temporary cookie to check if your browser accepts cookies. It doesn’t contain personal data and is removed when you close your browser.

  • When you log in, we’ll set cookies to save your login info and display preferences. Login cookies last two days, screen options cookies last a year. If you select “Remember Me,” login persists for two weeks. Logging out removes these cookies.

  • If you edit or publish an article, a cookie is saved in your browser with the post ID of the article you edited. It doesn’t include personal data and expires after one day.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves just like visiting those sites directly.

Those sites may collect data about you, use cookies, and track your interactions with their content—especially if you’re logged into those websites.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

  • Comments and their metadata are kept indefinitely. This allows us to recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in moderation.

  • For registered users (if any), we store the personal information they provide in their profile. Users can see, edit, or delete their personal information anytime (except usernames). Site administrators can also view and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account here, or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also ask us to delete your personal data. This does not include data we’re required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where your data is sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
